Our trip to the Maritimes was fantastic. The drive along the Cabot Trail had me envious of the travelers on motorcycles: what a perfect way to travel along the rolling hills surrounded by nature. Hiking in the Maritimes appeals to most visitors as many of the trails range from easy  to moderate, so if you enjoy long walks surrounded by beautiful scenery you would love hiking in the Maritimes.
